A. Consistency...look for players that are consistant, keep players together, clsoe clubhouse alot of the guys I try to keep together know each other better then they know their own wives or girlfriends.

3. ITS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE THERE A HAS BEEN A SUCCESSFULL SEASON PLAYED WHAT DOES THE FUTURE OF D.D.A.L LOOK LIKE?

A. I think since we got it back to the original 3 owners it will blossom again.

A. oh definitly...not a doubt in my mind.

5. WHO IS THE ONE PLAYER YOU WOULD WANT TO START A FRANCHISE.

A. tough question. I would have to say Slick or Alan, its a toss up though love both guys.

6. DESCRIBE YOUR MANAGERIAL STYLE FOR US.

A. Straight forward, I don't pull any punches with the guysand they respect that, they don't take the field and feel as much pressurewe keep it like a family like i said before.

7. A TWO PART QUESTION, 1. THE VIPERS WORST RECORD DURING THE REGULAR YET HAS THE MOST TITLES ALONG WITH YOU?

A. Well it all about the playoffs its obvious when Keith gets his team there he knows how to motivate them, he is a solid coach but sometimes lacks the same enthusiasim in the rgular season then he has in the playoffs.

 2. BLAZES BEST RECORD(UNTIL THIS PAST SEASON) BUT ONLY 6 TITLES?

A. His temper and nerves...players resemble their coachesif he is nervous,well the players are going to be also, thats what i think, its coaching

8. WHICH FIELD DO YOU LIKE TO PLAY AT THE MOST?

A. I don't have a favorite one, but one i do hate is the school. I hate seeing players lose homers because of a damn window.

9.YOU HAVE HAD 10 MVP'S,12 CY YOUNGS, 89 GOLD GLOVERS AND 128 ALL-STARS ALL OF THOSE ARE THEN ANYBODY ELSE WHY SO DOMINANT?

A. I can't stress this enough...Team chemistry and family atmosphere its so huge in there performance

10. IS THERE AN ADVANTAGE TO PLAYING AT HOME OR ON THE ROAD (LORDS ARE 57-57-1 AT HOME AND 64-50-1 ON THE ROAD)

A. None whatsoever. These players are professionalsand have played on all these fields, they show up and play. I don't even think they care.

11. IF YOU WERE A PLAYER WHICH MANAGER WOULD YOU WANNA PLAY THE MOST (LEAST) AND WHY?

A. I gotta say i would love to play for me and hate to play for toome, like said before his temper is horrific plus I couldn't handle that many disappointments in the playoffs

12. YOUR IN THE FIELD, UP BY A RUN, RUNNER ON FIRST, WHO DO YOU WANT ON THE MOUND AND WHO DO YOU WANT TO FIELD A TITLE CLINCHING DOUBLE PLAY BALL?

A. I love Josh, I love his heart and attitude so no doubt I want him and I would so Alan would be my guy to field the double play, talk about a clutch performer, this guy amazes me time and time again.
