Mike is another first year player in the NABA and the youngest on the team. Mike will need to continue to work hard and improve his skill to be able to crack the starting lineup every game. Ramirez has a good accurate arm, but at times lacks the knowledge of what to do on the field. Being only 18 Mike can be a force in the NABA if he continues to improve. With his size and strength Mike needs to develop a quicker bat to be able to hit the otiching in this league. As 2nd string player Ramirez will need to show some heart from the bench and encourage his teammates.
