Toby came over from the 18A Giants. He came over hoping to contribute to the lineup with his bat and leadership. Having a good eye and even better discipline makes Toby a very useful for his high OB%. Alvis hopes that with his hitting and ability to get on base, the Redsox can utilize the non-runner option to its fullest advantage.
